Individual Coaching
Whether you want to work on issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, or even relational problems within the context of yourself, I offer individual coaching. My approach is always integrative. I incorporate solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and gestalt therapy, along with several other modalities. In addition, coaching presents the opportunities to work on fitness, nutrition and community goals all tailored to which works best for your life! The best part: We can work together in your home or even out in the community to not only work on concepts, but how to actually apply and practice them with someone by your side!

Couples therapy can be difficult to engage in... it is scary and I often find that the more you hesitate the worst things tend to get. Whether the problems stem from communication, lack of intimacy, even a dead bedroom, or a sense of lack of satisfaction. My approach is friendly to both sexes as I find men can be reticent and nervous about the process. I incorporate structural, strategic, and Gottman therapeutic methods along with every day practices and skills that can lead to a more dynamic and satisfying experience for any couple.
Men's Coaching
Incel, trucel, peter pan... are all disparaging terms used to describe or are even often self described for men. Most men look to the internet and find information on how to be a better man via Redpill, Blackpill, MGTOW, or other reddit communities. Oftentimes, despite some good information available, much of the community is toxic and it can be hard to root out what is useful knowledge and what is not. I offer men's specialized coaching to help men learn strategies to increase self confidence, foster a better self-image, and develop positive masculine traits that extend into the personal, professional and dating world.
